Why Exhibit With Us?
As independent food and drink business owners ourselves, we appreciate that deciding which events to attend each year can be tricky and sometimes a bit of a gamble, especially if you have not attended the event before.
So why choose to exhibit with us?
The aim of the MKFoodFest is to create a truly local food and drink event that is affordable for everyone from the new start-up or sole-trader to the well-established producer so we hope that you find a pitch fee that is affordable for your business.
All our exhibitors need to come from within a 20-mile radius of the venue so if you are within that distance you will not be competing for a place with businesses outside that distance. It doesn’t matter if you live a mile away or 20 miles away, if you are within that radius you will be considered fairly.
All our exhibitors sell food in one form or another. We welcome applications from hot food caterers, farmers market type pitches, craft food stalls, drinks producers and businesses selling their food services. We do have a few spaces for exhibitors selling non-food, food-related items.
The MKFoodFest has been well attended by visitors since its first event in 2016 and we have seen visitor numbers grow year on year, now reaching around 10,000. They are also the sort of visitors who are very keen to try and buy local food so often our exhibitors sell out before the end of the day.
We do not charge our visitors for entry nor parking.
We are a very friendly and supportive team and we do our best to communicate well with all our applicants and exhibitors and work hard to make the day run as smoothly as possible.
